Search Overview

African Christian College seeks applicants and recommendations of potential candidates for positions on its faculty, staff, administration and board as it pursues the self-sufficiency and accreditation crucial to its goal of equipping leaders for Africa with bachelor’s degrees in theology, leadership and counseling. For accreditation, the college must identify trustees, administrators and faculty of African birth or citizenship in addition to American or European faculty who may be partially self-supporting or willing to help raise funds for travel and living expenses. Couples with professional credentials are especially desired.

Faculty will have comfortable housing on ACC’s beautiful 200-acre Swaziland campus with good water and infrastructure. Swaziland is safe, comfortable and has no malaria in the districts surrounding the campus.

We seek candidates who are active members of a Church of Christ and meet the qualifications, expectations and needs of the college. Our search is truly international– we seek qualified candidates from any country, especially from Southern and Central Africa.

Submissions & Recommendations

In a letter to the search committee, applicants should address their qualifications including personal, biographical and experiential details. Complete applications must include undergraduate and graduate transcripts and three references with contact information.
